Dean MarshDean Marsh has over 15 years experience, having previously established and developed leading specialist law firm Dean Marsh & Co over 12 years ago, working with an abundance of music clients namely artists, independent music businesses,labels, managers, distributors and aggregators, agents,publishers, producers, promoters and djs, as well as in fashion, sports, for photographers and for digital media clients.

Dean has extensive experience in developing projects.

He was a founder of the successful Guilty Pleasures entertainment brand. He set up the funk & soul re-issue label OST Recordings. He is a regular lecturer at universities and colleges. He also set up the Independent Label Scheme in 2005.

He is a consultant for leading sync company, Mean Syncs

Dean initially trained as a litigator working on high profile media litigation cases, particularly in defamation and reputation managment.

Shino Allen - Office Manager. At just 28, Shino has managed to stack up a good ten years' experience in the entertainment and marketing industry. In both her home town of Brighton and in London, she has put her hand to nightclub management, brand management and has managed an independent record label. She has also studied at the Institute of Legal Executives and has worked as a legal administrator for a number of years.
